  • All forms of bullying will not be tolerated. Any parent who feels their child may be bullied is encouraged to notify a Mimic team member.

  • Smoking and the use of alcohol are not permitted anywhere within the grounds of our teaching venues whilst attending classes.

  • In the event of bad weather conditions, we may have to cancel sessions. Please check the Facebook page, emails or our website to check if sessions are running or not. • All fees are strictly payable in advance and no members may participate in class if fees are not paid. There is no reduction for any weeks missed during the term.

  • The fees do not include company clothes such as hoodies and t shirts.

  • It is the parents/guardians responsibility to update Mimic on any changes in contact details and medical conditions
